Site Security Manager – Data Center Security Operations – Rangers Battistolli – Italy
Rangers Battistolli is seeking a Site Security Manager (SSM) to be assigned to a major multinational company operating in the IT sector, within a data center environment.
The Site Security Manager (SSM) is responsible for the operational management of the site security team, including administrative staff, emergency responders, and security personnel. The role reports directly to the Campus Security Manager and collaborates with other team managers to ensure a safe and compliant environment aligned with company standards. The SSM supports team coordination, security operations, and process improvement, including customer service activities, access control management, documentation, and compliance verification.
Responsibilities

Ensure control room supervisors comply with standard operating procedures.
Oversee site security systems and verify operational functionality.
Act as control room supervisor when required or during staff absence.
Manage and resolve technical issues related to security systems.
Report corrective actions to the Campus Security Manager.
Support equipment inspections and compliance audits.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company policies.
Serve as primary contact for data center staff in the absence of the Campus Security Manager.

Minimum Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Clean criminal record in accordance with legal requirements.

Education and Experience

Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in coordination or supervisory roles.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
