Experteer Overview As Regional Protective Services Associate Manager you will lead security and crisis-related activities to safeguard operations in Southern Europe. You’ll define and implement security strategies, collaborate with vendors and external partners, and oversee incident response and executive protection. The role blends risk management with stakeholder engagement to maintain compliant, secure environments across sites. Retribuzione / Benefits Promote a strong security culture and align security controls with policies and frameworks

Define and implement security strategies and conduct cross‑functional reviews to anticipate complex challenges

Build trusted relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including vendors, law enforcement, and government agencies

Maintain awareness of EU regulations and ensure compliance of processes and actions

Support crisis and emergency management, act as primary contact for stakeholders, and manage security incident notifications

Oversee information flow to leadership and coordinate employee communications; serve as escalation point for Security Operations Centers Support security awareness training and contribute to executive protection and event security

Provide travel security oversight and monitoring of geo‑political threats

Lead investigations and maintain enterprise‑wide security reviews and risk assessments

Support vendor selection, deployment, and performance reviews

Deliver training within the scope of regional security responsibilities

ResponsabilitàMinimum of 5 years’ security experience

Demonstrated motivation to work in a meritocratic, collaborative culture

Ability to pivot between projects and meet tight deadlines

Uncompromised ethics and integrity

Professional security certifications are a plus Degree and proficiency in English (speaking and writing)
