Wiz-Team is the solution provider for Event and Games management software. From our head offices in Lausanne (Switzerland) and with registered subsidiaries in Italy, Belgium, Ukraine, and the USA and a global presence with our partners, we empower event managers with software, consultancy, and delivery services for world class events for the sport, corporate, and IGOs/NGOs industries. With over 15 years of experience in event management platforms and managing event-related projects, we pride ourselves into delivering real world solutions for your projects.
Reporting to Head of Operations and to the CTO, the Technical Lead will work with a distributed engineering organization across our European offices.

The product is being prepared for broader sales readiness and migrated onto our next-generation Evo Platform (PHP/Type Script microservices on Kubernetes). You will be the technical anchor of the pod, accountable for the codebase, the architecture, and the team's engineering practices.
This is a hands‑on leadership role: you will write code, review code, and set technical direction while coaching engineers and improving how the team operates.

Plan and execute the migration of the product onto the Evo Platform without disrupting active client engagements
Mentor and coach engineers in the pod, across the distributed team
Run effective async‑first practices that work across time zones and offices
Drive engineering hygiene: code review quality, testing discipline, observability practices, on‑call readiness
