Technical Program Manager

Location: Sant'Ambrogio di Torino

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join a major OEM Software Organization, supporting the development and delivery of HPC (High Performance Computers) and Zone Controllers. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and integration, driving cross‑functional alignment, release planning, and execution excellence within a complex, multi‑platform environment.

Responsibilities

Drive architecture, engineering, and integration decisions and timelines across multiple teams and organizations
Own end‑to‑end planning and delivery of software developed within the Software Organization
Manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs balancing developer experience, customer experience, and time‑to‑market
Establish and continuously improve business processes, KPIs, and performance metrics
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues impacting technical, financial, or program goals
Coordinate release schedules across cross‑functional teams
Foster constructive dialogue, align stakeholders, and resolve complex technical disagreements
Collaborate closely with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Software Developers to gather requirements and drive solution adoption
Support platform scalability across multiple vehicle programs and brands

Qualifications

7+ years working directly with engineering teams
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams
Proven experience managing cross‑functional programs and coordinating software releases
Strong understanding of complex embedded software environments (HPC, zonal architectures, automotive platforms preferred)
Experience defining and tracking KPIs and program performance metrics
Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
