Experteer Overview You will strengthen and scale our ML solutions as part of a data science team that enables data-driven decisions. You’ll product ionize models, ensure reliability and cost efficiency, and integrate ML into our data platform. Collaborating with MLOps and cross-functional teams, you will shape scalable, production-grade services and data pipelines.

Retribuzione / Benefits Improve, harden, and scale existing ML solutions aligned with business use cases

Productionize models with focus on performance, reliability, monitoring, and cost efficiency

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and streaming solutions (e.g., Kafka) for ML readiness

Collaborate with MLOps to advance and scale the ML platform (CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, feature stores)
Apply best practices in software engineering, testing, observability, and documentation for ML systems

Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to deploy validated models as production-grade services

ResponsabilitàSeveral years of professional experience in MLOps, Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, or similar with a production ML focus

Strong Python programming and solid software engineering fundamentals (versioning, testing, CI/CD)
Hands-on experience with MLOps tools:
Docker, Kubernetes, model deployment, monitoring, experiment tracking

Experience with data engineering techniques and patterns, including Kafka, batch/streaming pipelines, and data warehouses

Understanding of ML models and workflows with emphasis on operationalization

Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and cross-functional collaboration

Quality-focused, ownership-driven, collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

Strong English communication skills
