Experteer Overview As Senior Software Engineer in the Consumer Wealth domain, you will shape the technical strategy and architecture for savings and investment features, enabling millions to grow their wealth. You’ll lead complex backend systems, collaborate across teams, and drive innovation in Fin Tech.

This role offers impact at scale, shaping user financial well-being and the company’s product roadmap. You’ll work with a cross-functional group to turn ambitious ideas into reliable, high-quality services.

Contribute to the Consumer Wealth backend to help users grow their wealth and achieve financial goals

ResponsabilitàAt least 7 years of backend software engineering experience in product-based companies

Proven track record of architecting, building, and maintaining microservices and complex cloud environments

Deep experience with Java and strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

Experience with financial systems, transactional consistency, or regulated environments is a plus Strong strategic communication and ability to build cross-organizational relationships for technical alignment

Proven thought leadership and ability to identify and capitalize on emerging tech trends

Fluency in English and passion for Fin Tech or startup environments
