Full-Stack Software Engineer, LabOps

Overview  In this role you will help accelerate automation and digitization of lab operations by delivering web and automation tools. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to build software for the lab, collaborating with users and product teams to translate needs into practical solutions. You’ll tackle cross-cutting problems, improve system performance, and support the lab’s technology-driven transformation. Responsibilities   Develop and modify information system programs for laboratory solutions
Deliver features and fix issues across multiple platforms and applications
Collaborate with users, product, and technology teams to gather requirements
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate status
Improve system performance by analyzing problems and proposing solutions
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including software engineers, data scientists, and architects
Adhere to security practices and code of conduct
Qualifications   3+ years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, Angular)
3+ years of backend web development with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
