Your Role
We are searching for a Digital Project Leader to lead the development and management of our digital product offerings, including My Wellness CRM, Technogym Live, and Technogym App. This role involves ensuring cost, quality, time-to-market, innovation, and competitiveness objectives are met, while fostering integration across product development areas.
Your Impact

Lead the end-to-end software design, architecture, and development process within your area of specialization.
Foster a collaborative engineering culture that values technical excellence, code quality, and continuous improvement.
Support your team in translating business and user requirements into scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions.
Guide architectural decisions and ensure alignment with company standards and long-term technical strategy.
Remain hands-on in software development, directly contributing to the codebase, particularly on complex, architectural, or critical parts of the system.
Review code and provide constructive feedback, promoting best practices and high standards in software development.
Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving within the team to overcome challenges and unlock innovation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, QA engineers, and other software teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
Take ownership of technical debt, system reliability, and performance improvements.
Support the professional growth of your team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Ensure delivery of high-quality releases through appropriate testing, monitoring, and release management strategies.

What you should bring:
Technical Stack & Infrastructure

Backend:
Senior Node.js expert; capable of building high-concurrency APIs.
Mobile:
Flutter/Dart specialist; experienced in native iOS/Android integration.
Cloud/Dev Ops: AWS ECS (Fargate/Docker) and Application Load Balancers (ALB).
Database:
Mongo

DB specialist (No

SQL schema design and performance tuning).

Modular & Shared Architecture (Critical)

Reusability:
Proven track record of building pluggable modules and internal libraries used by multiple projects.
Cross-Project Integration:
Ability to design the API and SDK as "Platform Services" rather than isolated products.
Dependency Management:
Expert in managing shared code via NPM (backend) and Pub packages (mobile).

Project Output Focus

SDK/API Excellence:
Deep understanding of Developer Experience (DX), ensuring the SDK is lightweight and the API is intuitive.
Versioning Strategy:
Expert in Semantic Versioning to maintain backward compatibility across different teams.
Documentation:
Ability to produce "Integration-Ready" documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI) for external and internal developers
