Experteer Overview In this role you lead and grow a software engineering team within Lodge Link, aligning delivery with business goals. You coach engineers, optimize team collaboration, and remove obstacles to enable high performance. You partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to shape the product and scale a SaaS platform for workforce travel. You’ll drive Agile practices, process improvements, and a culture of growth and inclusivity.
This hybrid Calgary role offers a strategic opportunity to influence how teams build and deliver impactful software.

Allocate resources and balance workloads across teams
Conduct performance evaluations and set development goals
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for holistic product development

Monitor team and individual performance and maintain high‑performance mindset
Lead Agile rituals (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and improve development processes

Track sprint progress and deliverables to stay aligned with company goals
Responsabilità10+ years of SaaS product and microservices software development experience
10+ years building a SaaS platform with event‑driven, API‑first microservices
Experience mentoring Senior and Junior Software Engineers Proven track record of conflict resolution and fostering inclusive work environment
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with outcome focus
Leadership experience and ability to motivate teams in growth‑minded environments
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and related project management methodologies
Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Requisiti fondamentali
