Experteer Overview As an Android Developer in the Consumer Growth team, you will build native Android experiences that drive onboarding and activation, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to scale our community. You’ll own high‑impact features and continuously improve the app while learning from senior engineers. Your work will shape how new users discover, join, and engage with Satispay s role combines hands‑on development with a focus on user‑centric design and robust, secure apps.

Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and ship native Android features with a focus on onboarding and activation

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to integrate features

Address user pain points and enhance the mobile experience through intuitive design and functionality

Collaborate with data analysts to design and run A/B tests

Drive iterative improvements to existing apps and create user‑centric features (e.g., referral programs, campaigns)
Ensure high standards for coding, performance, and security; maintain robust client‑side authentication

Take ownership from local development to Google Play deployment

ResponsabilitàDegree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

At least 2 years of hands‑on Android development experience with Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle Strong grasp of MVI, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines/Flows, and REST APIsStructured communicator with stakeholders across multiple domains

Passion for Fin Tech or startup environments; quickly adapt to growth
