About This Opportunity
Join a cross-functional team in Pagani, Italy, working on cloud-native telecom products. You will work in an international environment, collaborating closely with a cross-functional-agile team to build scalable, secure and robust services that enable efficient license management and usage control across Ericsson products.
Beyond hands‑on design, you will act as a technical reference representing a small team of engineers, guiding day‑to‑day work, ensuring technical alignment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative problem solving. The team works according to Lean and Agile principles and values knowledge sharing at every stage.
If you are an experienced cloud‑native engineer ready to take ownership of architecture decisions and team delivery, we encourage you to apply.
What You Will Do
Architecture & Design

Define complete end‑to‑end cloud‑native architectures that meet functional, performance and scalability requirements
Analyze application footprint and assess resource consumption, infrastructure requirements and capacity sizing
Determine scalability constraints and define appropriate sizing strategies for compute, storage and networking
Design and document comprehensive cloud‑native solutions, ensuring alignment with product and engineering standards

Engineering & Delivery

Build and maintain containerized applications and CI/CD pipelines
Integrate modern software capabilities — including data processing, monitoring and automation tooling — where relevant to product needs
Troubleshoot complex issues, support integration activities and produce clear, maintainable product documentation
Contribute to product lifecycle activities and to the evolution of standards, guidelines and best practices
Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively propose improvements to products and processes

Team Coordination

Coordinate and provide technical direction to a small team of software engineers supporting planning, prioritization and workload distribution across team members
Act as a mentor and technical escalation point, promoting quality, consistency and growth within the team
Collaborate closely with product owners, SW designers and cross‑functional stakeholders

You Will Bring
