The selected candidate will join the  Robotics & Artificial Intelligence  team, contributing to the development of software solutions for intelligent robotic systems (including humanoids) applied to manufacturing, logistics, and quality control.

This role is designed for a junior profile, focused on technical growth in robot software, AI, and advanced simulation, with strong exposure to real industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development of software for advanced robotic systems (industrial robots, AMRs, mobile manipulators, humanoids).

Develop and maintain software components in Python and C++ for robotics and AI applications.

Contribute to the implementation of AI modules for perception, environment understanding, and decision-making.

Support the integration of Vision‑Language Models (VLM) for semantic perception and contextual interpretation.

Contribute to the development of Vision‑Language‑Action (VLA) pipelines linking perception, reasoning, and robotic action.

Use advanced simulation environments (NVIDIA Omniverse) for:

testing and validation of robotic behaviors,

development and training of humanoid robot applications,

support of digital twins and virtual scenarios.

Participate in software integration between sensors (cameras, LiDAR), robot controllers, and IT/OT systems.

Contribute to testing, debugging, and validation in simulated and real environments (laboratory and plant).

Support technical documentation and PoC / pilot project activities.

Required Technical Skills
Mandatory

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related fields.

Knowledge of programming languages:

C++ (robot software, real-time and performance‑critical modules).

Basic knowledge of robotics, autonomous systems, and software engineering.

Familiarity with Linux and open‑source development environments.

Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Knowledge or experience (including academic) with NVIDIA Omniverse for: robotic simulation, humanoid robot applications, digital twin and virtual environments.

Nice to have

Interest or basic knowledge of:
Vision‑Language Models (VLM), Vision‑Language‑Action (VLA) architectures.

Experience with ROS / ROS

Knowledge of Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.

Experience with robotic simulation tools (Gazebo, Isaac Sim, Webots).

Interest in industrial applications (manufacturing, logistics, quality, automation).

Experience Level

Junior (new graduate or 0–3 years of experience).

Offer

Salary range: from €37.000 to €40.000, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
