As a Junior Salesforce Developer, you'll join Technogym's dynamic technology team and embark on an exciting career in Salesforce development. Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce and declarative tools under the guidance of senior developers.
Write clean, well-documented code following team coding standards and Salesforce best practices.
Assist in building integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in code reviews to learn from experienced team members and improve your coding skills.
Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and meet testing requirements.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing code with support from the development team.
Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Document technical designs and development work for knowledge sharing.
Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features through Trailhead and other learning resources.
Contribute to team knowledge base and documentation efforts.
Support testing and deployment activities in sandbox and production environments.
Assist with data migration and data quality improvement tasks.
Qualifications
1-2 years of Salesforce development experience or relevant programming experience with demonstrated interest in Salesforce (personal projects, Trailhead badges, or volunteer work counts!).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience (we value skills and potential over credentials—bootcamp graduates, self-taught developers, and career changers are welcome).
Basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and web development fundamentals.
Familiarity with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, or similar).
Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform, including understanding of objects, fields, relationships, and basic automation.
Exposure to version control systems (Git) or willingness to learn quickly.
