We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in the development of safety-critical software for railway applications.
The ideal candidate has solid experience in Embedded C development , real-time systems, and safety-critical environments, with knowledge of railway standards.
Main activities:
Define, analyze, and manage software requirements .
Design and develop Software Components according to the defined architecture.
Develop, maintain, integrate, and debug embedded software in C .
Perform static analysis and resolve identified issues.
Write software specifications, test cases, and technical documentation.
Support Unit Testing and Software Integration activities.
Perform verification and validation in MIL, SIL, and HIL environments.
Analyze logs and data acquisitions for debugging and troubleshooting.
Technical skills:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Automation , or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in embedded software development using C .
Experience in safety-critical software development , preferably in SIL2 or equivalent environments.
Strong knowledge of C and embedded real-time systems .
Good understanding of the V-Model development process .
Experience with Git .
Knowledge of railway standards EN 50128, EN 50657, and EN 50129 .
Experience in railway, automotive, aerospace, or other safety-critical industries is considered a plus.
