As we expand our operations, we are seeking a brilliant and motivated Logistics Specialist to join our team.

Role Description
The Logistics Specialist will join our Logistics Unit and will play a pivotal role in managing clients, optimizing warehouse operations, driving efficiency through strategic projects and implementing strategies to enhance overall logistics performance. Key activities and responsibilities will be:
Management of service delivery: the Logistics Specialist is the liaison between client and warehouse and ensures seamless operations through daily alignments, back-office activities and front-office activities. Within these activities, the Logistics Specialist constantly tracks the warehouse productivity trends and manages the implementation of appropriate corrective actions if necessary
Performance analysis: KPI monitoring and variance analysis against SLAs agreed with the client, planning and managing the implementation of actions to ensure the achievement of SLA targets within the guidelines of the operating plan
Strategic and Continuous Improvement projects: participating in projects for the optimization and continuous improvement of warehouses alongside the dedicated TWS team, including data collection and auditing activities for operations handbooks and procedures
Quotation for prospects and start-up for new clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management engineering (strongly considered as a plus) or equivalent experience
Excellent analytical and xpavfwm problem-solving skills
Excellent Italian and English language skills
Effective communication, interpersonal skills and synthesis ability
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (good Excel skills are mandatory)
Ability to anticipate, manage critical situations and provide effective solutions
Knowledge of accounting, warehouse inventory, logistic processes and documentation is preferable
