Independent handling of export air freight shipments

Coordination of end-to-end logistics processes, supported by our transportation management system, including transportation planning, shipment handling, documentation.

Communication with our customers and partners around the world

Monitoring of shipments and solution-oriented handling of operational deviations

Preparation of quotations and professional customer support, ensuring a high level of service quality and long-term client relationships

What you'll bring:
Completed commercial education (diploma, university, business school, freight forwarding training or equivalent)

Very good knowledge of Italian and fluent in English (other languages will be a plus)

Several years of forwarding experience, preferably in air freight

Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resilience, accuracy and reliability

Team player with a pro-active, solution-oriented approach
