We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Accountant to strengthen our SaaS accounting and finance operations. This role reports to the Global Assistant Controller. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, including expertise in preparing journal entries, completing balance sheet reconciliations, performing technical accounting analyses, developing accounting policies, and implementing internal controls. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as this position will regularly partner with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and procedures.

A successful candidate will excel at proactively identifying areas of risk stemming from complexity or nuance, conducting technical research, proposing solutions, and driving resolution.

• Support the month‑end close process by ensuring accurate and timely reporting, including preparing and reviewing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Develop and assist with the implementation of accounting policies, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct technical accounting research, prepare documentation, and support implementation of findings.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and related documentation requirements.
• Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly flux analysis presentations, validating P&L results and providing insights aligned with strategic objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, and reports in accordance with US GAAP.
• Collaborate with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
• Identify and execute opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes through technology‑driven solutions.

• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA license preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and the SOX internal control framework.
• Experience with SaaS accounting and billing software (e.g., Net Suite, Salesforce, Zuora, or similar systems).
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and navigate uncertainty and ambiguity to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
