Manager, Accounting | Client Advisory Services

Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Path-to-Partner opportunity for those interested (not required).

• 3-10 years' Accounting experience, including experience with Month End Close activities
• Experience working for an accounting firm or in a similar client facing advisory role
• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and/or construction/contracting industries, preferred
• CPA nice-to-have but not required

• Multiple bonus programs (15-20% of base comp)
• 40 hours per week
• Hybrid work schedule plus Summer Fridays - no work every other Friday between Memorial and Labor Day

• Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations for clients, ensuring accurate handling of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and inventory accounting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard financial integrity.
• Collaborate directly with business owners of successful entrepreneurial ventures, providing financial insights and guidance.
• Monitor cash flow, develop budgets, and create financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and execute month-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, while analyzing variances and trends.
• Manage bank reporting and ensure compliance with credit agreements on a monthly basis.
• Facilitate financial audits and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Visit client offices as needed to provide on-site financial support and consultation.
