• Process end-to-end union payroll accurately and efficiently
• Manage prevailing wage payroll requirements
• Prepare and maintain certified payroll reporting and compliance documentation
• Process multi-state payroll and support payroll tax filings
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolve payroll-related issues
• Complete required union reporting and maintain compliance standards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while adapting to new systems and processes

• Proven experience processing complex union payrolls
• Strong knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements
• Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reporting
• Multi-state payroll experience required
• Knowledge of state and local payroll tax filings strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
