Overview
The Global Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for data entry of compliance information into various AIT and government operating systems, updating the Compliance Department’s intranet website, performing compliance‑related audits, and supporting compliance team members and AIT field offices. The role is administrative in nature.
Compensation
The wage range for this position is $26.20–$36.10 per hour, varying by geography and experience.
Responsibilities
- Review and respond to requests from AIT facilities and process through AIT systems following compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with monitoring of internal compliance controls and audits.
- Update the Compliance Department’s intranet site to support distribution of resources to global team members.
- Monitor and maintain global compliance and government‑related files.
- Deliver compliance reporting to global compliance team members to support auditing procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding requirements to maintain compliance with the Transportation Security Administration and other governing bodies.
- Assist with managing AIT’s third‑party risk management platform.
- Respond to correspondence and incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance‑related files in a well‑organized manner, accurate, easily accessible and updated as needed.
- Work on special projects as needed, as assigned by Manager.

Other Skills We Hope to See
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Recent college graduate a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player willing to roll up sleeves and support the department on all administrative needs.
- Ability to plan tasks, manage projects and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

In addition to base compensation, you may be eligible for commissions up to 6% based on specific sales goals and objectives (dependent on position).
