Lead Estimator – General Contractor

We are a premier, 100% employee‑owned commercial construction company headquartered in Northwest Chicago. With offices nationwide, we specialize in a wide range of project types. We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team in Arlington, TX.

Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year. Additional benefits include:

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Participate in bid strategy meetings and project handoffs.
• Maintain and update historical cost data and unit pricing.
• Collaborate with the project team for seamless transition from preconstruction to execution.

• 5+ years in construction estimating.
• Proficiency with estimating software/tools:
  Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
