• Learn and oversee all aspects of electrical pre-construction projects (from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.)
• Learn & Manage budgets, contracts, and financial performance to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

• Manage estimating processes and timelines to meet company objectives
• Communicate with operations teams and customers to define the project scope, and/or analyze bid documents to qualify targeted opportunities
• Communicate with Engineers, contractors, and builders to assist in the bidding process.
• Analyze drawings and specification to track and confirm pricing, conducting necessary research for accurate pricing
• Provide leadership, direction, and training to assigned estimating team members.
• Prepare and present completed estimating packages to company executives, senior management, and Operations team

• 1-2 years of electrical construction field experience - preferred
• 0-1 years of construction estimating experience - this is an entry level position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and estimating software, preferably Accubid
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge with NEC
• Basic knowledge of electrical installations
• Ability to multitask in a high volume, fast-paced work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and efficient
