This role reviews construction plans for code compliance and supports enclosure projects through technical guidance, documentation, and collaboration across teams.

• Review plans and documents for compliance with building, fire, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and energy codes.
• Interpret and apply relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve code issues.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and maintain records related to reviews and permits.
• Analyze state programs to support efficient review and approval.
• Identify and resolve code-related and fabrication issues.
• Conduct occasional site visits for clarification or issue resolution.
• Support presales reviews, training, and other assigned tasks.

• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and state regulations.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with permitting software and relevant engineering design tools.
• Experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of code review experience; MCP certification is a plus.
