Clients can book directly via our online scheduling system; a dedicated client care team handles routing, answering calls, scheduling, billing, and collections to ensure efficient operations.

- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- Maintain a target caseload of 27 client visits per week for full‑time clinicians (approximately 110 sessions per month)
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc.) with a valid State of Illinois license
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
- Comfort working with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with typical office technology (computers, e‑mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior experience with mental health documentation
- Licensed clinicians credentialed with insurance panels are preferred
