- Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create and implement a treatment plan
- Complete ongoing documentation including treatment plan reviews and case notes per company policy
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week (110 sessions per month) for full‑time clinicians
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited institution and be on track to obtain licensure in your designated field
- Active or pursuing clinical licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to set and maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in typical office technology (computers, e‑mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Fully licensed mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC) with a valid Illinois license (Supervision available for LSW, LPC and other professionals)
- Experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous documentation experience
- Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels
