Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 2+ years of experience

The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources operations across multiple functional areas, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers and ensures HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and employee relations support.
• Assist with investigations, documentation, corrective actions, and confidential recordkeeping.
• Support recruitment and onboarding, including job postings, interview coordination, offers, and new hire orientation.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS support (e.g., ADP).
• Support performance management processes, training coordination, and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and assist with leave administration, audits, and HR reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
