LaSalle Network is hiring a Bilingual Recruitment Consultant for our client, a rapidly growing logistics organization in the western suburbs of Chicago. This organization is expanding fast, and they’re seeking a recruiting professional who’s ready to take charge, drive hiring initiatives, and make an immediate impact.

As the Bilingual Recruitment Consultant
, you’ll report directly to the Director of Recruitment and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to help shape the company’s recruitment strategy.

• Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across multiple departments
• Design and implement recruiting strategies and ATS workflows
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline
• Partner with HR leadership to ensure inclusive, compliant hiring practices
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, retention, and more)
• Manage vendor relationships with staffing firms and schools

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• 5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience; ideally in manufacturing, logistics or distribution
• Strong sourcing and ATS knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Competitive hourly pay ($30.00–$40.00/hour)
