Responsibilities Include

As a Geospatial Product Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and advancing geospatial solutions:

• Deliver expert technical support and training for Trimble geospatial products, including:
• Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center software
• GNSS receivers
• Robotic total stations
• Digital levels
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and address client needs.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, both online and in-person.
• Travel locally and regionally throughout Indiana, providing on-site support and training (company vehicle provided).

Requirements

• A background in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (experience with Trimble Geospatial products is a strong plus).
• Exceptional technical support skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, including troubleshooting and software support.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with ease.
• Experience in product or software training (preferred but not required).
