Accertify is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead API integration initiatives for its Fraud and Account Protection solutions. This role defines, drives, and executes the API product vision and roadmap; manages client and partner integrations with platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce; and oversees the public API platform to ensure clear, accessible documentation that accelerates onboarding and integration.

• Own the end‑to‑end API product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, design, delivery, and performance.
• Maintain the public API developer portal, ensuring best‑in‑class documentation and resources that reduce friction and speed up onboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering, client services, and sales to support direct API integrations by enterprise clients.
• Manage and evolve partner API integrations, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and alignment with Accertify’s fraud and identity solutions.
• Define and maintain API documentation, versioning strategy, and developer experience standards.
• Monitor API usage, performance, and adoption metrics to inform product decisions.
• Drive measurable improvements in time‑to‑revenue, integration speed, and developer satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends in fraud, identity, and API technologies to inform strategic direction.
• Serve as the internal and external evangelist for Accertify’s API capabilities.
• Work with the internal partnerships team and external vendors to keep integrations with those platforms up to date.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fraud, identity, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and developer ecosystems.
• Experience managing third‑party integrations and partner relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate customer and partner needs into scalable product solutions.

• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Salesforce, and Ping Identity.
• Experience in fraud prevention, digital identity, or payment technologies.
• Background in developer experience or API‑first product strategy.

• The salary range for this position is $115‑130K annually, based on experience and qualifications.
