IT Support

Overview

Mitsubishi Turbocharger and Engine America is looking for a skilled IT Support to join our team in Itasca, IL. In this role you will work closely with the IT Director, provide technical support to all MTEA locations (IL, IN, and MI), and manage all aspects of operations across hardware, software, networks, and phones. This position is critical for fulfilling the mission of the IT department and MTEA.

• Manage all aspects of installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, phones and scanners
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Repair and replace equipment as necessary
• Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
• Manage communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization
• Assist with performing daily backups of our servers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by MTEA management
• May need to travel on occasions

• At least 0-2 years of experience in the Computer Science field/IT
• Understanding and experience with Windows 10 and 11
• Strong IT, communication, leadership and troubleshooting skills
• Strong experience in maintaining IT structural integrity
• Experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Office products and Firewall are all a plus
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
• Must be able to occasionally move and or lift up to 35 pounds
• Must be able to move about to the office to access cabinets and office machinery and work with staff directly
