Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor automated equipment with precision while following detailed instructions.
  • Maintain flawless execution of processes to ensure efficiency and quality, paying close attention to material integrity and identifying inconsistencies or defects.
  • Adhere to quality gates and company standards; collect and accurately record critical production data.
  • Manage multiple aspects of the operation simultaneously; proficiency in running computer systems for equipment operation and data collection is essential.
  • Utilize metrology tools and operate sensitive sensor measurement instruments to ensure production accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime; follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
  • Document process details, report abnormalities, and collaborate with engineers to drive continuous improvement.
Who you are / Qualifications
  • Proven experience operating automated machinery and working with advanced software systems.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate production control software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment; effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Regular and punctual attendance; able to work extra hours and weekends if required.
  • Must be able to read, write, and comprehend written instructions in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Previous experience in automated manufacturing or industrial automation.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes, defect prevention methods, and cleanroom protocols.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues related to automated systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Quality-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail; ability to read and interpret work process procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills for equipment operation and data collection.
  • Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and respect for a safe work environment.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to 5S principles.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $46,368 and $69,552.
