- Operate and monitor automated equipment with precision while following detailed instructions.
- Maintain flawless execution of processes to ensure efficiency and quality, paying close attention to material integrity and identifying inconsistencies or defects.
- Adhere to quality gates and company standards; collect and accurately record critical production data.
- Manage multiple aspects of the operation simultaneously; proficiency in running computer systems for equipment operation and data collection is essential.
- Utilize metrology tools and operate sensitive sensor measurement instruments to ensure production accuracy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime; follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
- Document process details, report abnormalities, and collaborate with engineers to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience operating automated machinery and working with advanced software systems.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate production control software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment; effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow precise instructions.
- Regular and punctual attendance; able to work extra hours and weekends if required.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend written instructions in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Previous experience in automated manufacturing or industrial automation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes, defect prevention methods, and cleanroom protocols.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues related to automated systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Quality-focused mindset with exceptional attention to detail; ability to read and interpret work process procedures.
- Proficient computer skills for equipment operation and data collection.
- Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and respect for a safe work environment.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to 5S principles.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $46,368 and $69,552.
