Print Production Environment - print operator; inkjet & toner

Overview

The Production Specialist operates high-speed production equipment to provide reprographic and digital printing support services to satisfy the needs of internal and external customers. This position ensures proper setup and imposition of print orders to ensure output meets the company’s quality standards. This role promotes customer satisfaction through effective planning and execution of daily work assignments, individual workflow management, and ongoing quality control procedures.

The Production Specialist continuously checks work at the end of each production stage and completes all required order management system stages to ensure customer expectations, CPD productivity standards, and performance control checkpoints are being met.

• Operate high-speed production equipment to provide reprographic and digital printing support services.
• Set up and impose print orders to meet quality standards.
• Plan and execute daily work assignments and manage individual workflow.
• Perform ongoing quality control procedures and check work at the end of each production stage.
• Complete all order management system stages to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity standards are met.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional team and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and implement detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Strong listening and communication skills to analyze customer and employee needs.
• Ability to learn new information and processes within company guidelines.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

The salary range for this role is $15.00/hour to $25.00/hour, with compliance to state and local minimum wages possibly affecting the displayed range. The company offers a competitive salary, benefits package (including a 401(k) and more), and opportunities for growth within the organization.
