Sales Representative, Business Development, Outside Sales
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a freight brokerage required, with a focus on sales.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for building your book of business by prospecting, securing, and growing new accounts for domestic freight, with a focus on full truckload (FTL) and expedited services. You will effectively present Precision Freight's services, negotiate pricing, and close new accounts to drive revenue growth.
This role will ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients to foster trust and repeat business, as well as work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and service execution.
We’re looking for someone with proven freight sales experience who can manage the full sales cycle, communicate well, and thrive in a team-driven, growth-focused environment.
Compensation will include base pay, uncapped commission, and bonuses, with the base salary dependent on what you can bring to the table.
