Account Manager

Our client, a well-established manufacturer of high-quality electrical components, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and grow key customer relationships. This role is focused on driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a trusted partner to clients across a variety of industries.

The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, technically curious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where collaboration between sales, engineering, and operations is essential.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr - $93,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for new business
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and customer service) to deliver effective solutions
  • Develop account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate electrical component solutions
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer data using CRM tools
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and long‑term agreements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in manufacturing or electrical components
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into solutions
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
