Account ManagerOur client, a well-established manufacturer of high-quality electrical components, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and grow key customer relationships. This role is focused on driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a trusted partner to clients across a variety of industries.
The ideal candidate is relationship‑driven, technically curious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where collaboration between sales, engineering, and operations is essential.
Base Pay Range$80,000.00/yr - $93,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for new business
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, production, and customer service) to deliver effective solutions
- Develop account strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate electrical component solutions
- Track sales activity, forecasts, and customer data using CRM tools
- Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and long‑term agreements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in manufacturing or electrical components
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into solutions
- Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
