OverviewThe Account Executive – Food Logistics is responsible for creating, growing, and managing an account base. The role drives business development initiatives, develops a field sales business plan, and meets corporate revenue goals, leveraging experience in food logistics and transportation industries.
Responsibilities- Identify and initiate business development opportunities.
- Develop new business across core competencies.
- Engage with clients that provide sustained and profitable revenue streams across multiple services.
- Execute a business plan that achieves sales quota and budget.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and international operations staff to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.
- Manage sales pipeline and monthly target reports.
- Present a range of logistics solutions that enable numerous entry points into accounts.
- Perform other business duties as deem necessary.
- The wage range for this position is $62,300.00–$89,800.00, varying by geography and experience.

- 3‑5 years of sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in Food Logistics (preferred).
- Experience in transportation (preferred).
- Entrepreneurial attitude with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Positive and self‑motivated.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and quick response to sales and service issues.
- Strong presentation and follow‑up skills.
In addition to base compensation, you may be eligible for commissions up to 6% based on specific sales goals and objectives.
