In charge of receiving air or ocean import or export shipments. You will be a main coordinator responding to customers, customs brokers, and shipping carriers.
Daily communication with airlines for shipment status updates (via phone or email).
Contact driver to arrange for pickup/delivery schedule.
Update shipment status to customers and make records on Excel sheet.
Qualifications and Skills- Strong follow-up skills.
- Well organized and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Chinese is preferred as a second language.
