- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Pathology Assistant in an anatomical pathology or hospital laboratory setting
- Certified Pathology Assistant (PA) – ASCP certification preferred
- Ability to work on-site in Ithaca, NY (New York clinical support jobs)
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and patient care
- Prepare, dissect, and process anatomic pathology specimens in a hospital laboratory environment
- Participate in intraoperative consultations and specimen management tasks
- Maintain the gross room and ensure efficient laboratory workflow
- Perform postmortem examinations, including organ evisceration and dissection
- Collaborate with pathologists and laboratory staff to deliver accurate and timely pathology results
