Job Summary:

The employee will provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, emphasizing quality service and safe care. The individual must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities include routine radiography imaging and assisting with Fluoroscopy procedures such as barium exams, arthrograms, myelograms, hysterosalpingograms, trauma cases, and various Operating Room procedures. The employee will demonstrate knowledge in radiation safety and sterile technique.

Responsibilities also include assisting with IR cases such as Nephrostomy tubes, drainage catheter placement, Power port removals, Tunneled catheters, Pelvic Venograms, and other procedures.

Description:

This position is for a 209-bed hospital providing coverage for OR, ER, and inpatient departments, with facilities including three walk-in X-ray rooms and one Interventional Radiology suite.
