Position: Plant Maint Mechanic I

What You'll Be Doing Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and execute timely repairs

Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Support plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability

Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work safely in a physically demanding industrial environment

Familiarity with tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures

Strong communication and teamwork capabilities

Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes

Strong background in metal fabrication, cutting, torching, welding

Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Experience with conveyor system repairs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Must meet all legal and company requirements for employment eligibility Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
