• Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel nursing contract)
• Setting: Surgical Services – Operating Room (OR)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, plus one 12-hour call shift (overnight or weekend)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2030–$2180
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York RN license preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide high-quality perioperative care
• Maintain a sterile surgical environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes during surgery
• Accurately document all aspects of perioperative patient care
• Participate in required on-call rotation for surgical support
