• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2030 - $2180

• Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (August 4, 2024 – November 3, 2024)
• Setting: Surgical Services – Operating Room (OR)
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), every other weekend required
• Hours per Week: 36 (guaranteed)
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical skills in perioperative and surgical nursing
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical team members to provide high-quality clinical support
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery, responding promptly to changes
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care in compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training as required
