• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York travel nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Oncology – Infusion Unit
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekends/Call: No weekends or call required
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100-$2250

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York RN license preferred)
• BLS certification (required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in oncology nursing or infusion therapy (2 years preferred)
• Proficient in mediport access, IV insertion, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections
• Previous travel nurse experience preferred

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other infusion treatments to oncology patients
• Perform mediport access, IV insertions, and injections as required
• Monitor patient responses and manage side effects of cancer treatments
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive clinical support
• Educate patients and families on oncology treatment plans and symptom management
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and adhere to all safety protocols
