• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: July 28, 2025
• End Date: October 27, 2025
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (ED)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (3 shifts per week)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,050 - $2,200

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or compact state (NY nursing jobs)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
• Strong clinical communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment

• Deliver direct patient care and support to patients and families in the Emergency Department
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for emergency patients
• Collect and assess patient data, monitor patient status, and document clinical care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, crisis evaluators, and the healthcare team
• Coordinate patient movement and staff assignments, including charge nurse duties as needed
• Respond to emergencies and provide high-quality care for a diverse patient population
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients, including those with mental health needs
