• Healthcare Setting: Operating Room (OR) – Surgical Services
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 26, 2024 – July 26, 2024)
• Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts per week)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,030 - $2,180

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State or compact state eligibility
• At least 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong clinical skills in perioperative and surgical nursing
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Deliver direct patient care to individuals undergoing surgical procedures in the Operating Room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain and prepare a sterile environment in the OR
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes during surgical procedures
• Accurately document all aspects of patient care and surgical interventions
• Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments and care planning
