• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (August 19, 2024 – November 18, 2024)
• Setting: Surgical Services – Operating Room (OR)
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2030–$2180
• Call Requirement: Minimum 12 hours of call per week (30-minute response time required)
• Weekend Requirement: Based on unit needs
• Employment Type: Travel RN Contract

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York State or compact eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Ability to respond to call within 30 minutes
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills

• Deliver safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during operative procedures
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond to emergencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to urgent surgical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
