• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Start Date: December 2, 2024
• End Date: March 3, 2025
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Variable, 4x10 hour shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,330 - $2,500
• EMR Technology: EPIC experience preferred

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or acute care nursing
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association preferred)
• EPIC electronic medical record experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients in a clinical healthcare setting
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in cardiac patient conditions
• Administer medications, cardiac treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR (preferred)
• Educate patients and families on cardiac health, procedures, and post-discharge care
