• Location: Ithaca, NY 14850 (New York oncology nursing jobs)
• Setting: Oncology – Infusion Unit
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Weekends/Call: No weekends or call requirements
• Start Date: August 4, 2025
• End Date: November 3, 2025
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100 - $2250

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New York RN license preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an Infusion RN (2 years preferred)
• Oncology nursing experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
• Ability to float between healthcare facilities as needed
• BLS certification required

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to oncology patients receiving infusion therapy
• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other infusion treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor oncology patients for adverse reactions and respond promptly to complications
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about oncology treatment plans, side effects, and self-care
• Document all nursing care in accordance with facility policies and healthcare regulatory standards
• Float to other units or healthcare facilities as required
