Top Tier Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Night Planner to join a busy transport and logistics operation based in Iver.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with planning or logistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and coordinating drivers, workloads, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Planning and coordinating daily transport operations

✅ Monitoring driver locations and vehicle movements

✅ Managing reactive work requests and schedule changes

✅ Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams

✅ Updating planning systems and maintaining accurate records

✅ Monitoring service levels and escalating issues where required

✅ Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer enquiries

✅ Recording delays, downtime, and operational updates

✅ Ensuring all planning information is accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For:

✔ Previous experience in a planning, logistics, or transport role

✔ Strong organisational and multitasking skills

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft 365

✔ Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively

✔ Strong attention to detail
