What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly effective Primary Teacher with a genuine inclusive mindset.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), either newly qualified (ECT) or with primary experience.

  • Strong ability to differentiate the curriculum and adapt strategies to meet complex learning profiles.

  • Experience or strong understanding of supporting pupils with needs like SEMH, Autism, and ADHD
    .

  • A collaborative professional committed to using continuous assessment to monitor progress and inform highly personalised planning.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to professional growth within the specialist sector.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the academic success and well-being of your class by:

  • Delivering exceptional, highly differentiated teaching across the primary curriculum.

  • Planning, preparing, and assessing work effectively, with accurate tracking for pupils, including those with EHCPs
    .

  • Implementing effective strategies for positive behaviour management
    , particularly for children with SEMH difficulties.

  • Proactively collaborating with SEN staff, specialists, and parents to support holistic pupil development.
